Sage Memorial Hospital

Sage Memorial Hospital is the country’s first hospital to be managed by the natives. It has been serving the Navajo community of Phoenix since 1901. The hospital features an outpatient clinic, emergency department, dental clinic, and a range of other medical and social services. It has been accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

Sage Memorial Hospital accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
