Pender Memorial Hospital

Pender Memorial Hospital is a county owned hospital serving the medical needs of the locals in Pender County and the neighboring region. Established in 1951, the hospital got affiliated with New Hanover Health Network in 1999.

PMH, with 86-beds, offers a variety of services including orthopedics, respiratory therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, nursing care, multi-slice CT, diagnostic X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, mammography and laboratory.

The hospital also runs outpatient clinics for orthopedics, gynecology and podiatry.

Pender Memorial Hospital accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
