Keith Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Center is an 80-bed residential treatment facility serving the locals in the western counties of the State of North Carolina. It is controlled by the authority of the State of North Carolina and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The center provides medically-monitored detoxification, crisis stabilization, and short-term treatment. Its services include medical, psychological, nursing, counseling, substance abuse education and rehabilitation therapy, and all the services are individualized to specific patient needs.
JFK ADATC also houses a crisis unit which provides medically monitored services to substance abuse patients in crisis. In addition, the center offers classes to explore gender specific issues of substance abuse.
