Medcenter One Health Systems is the leading provider of health care in the western North Dakota. The system comprises of nine primary care clinics; three long-term care facilities, a home health agency and multiple hospital affiliations. Its main campus is located in Bismarck, ND.

Medcenter One Hospital is a fully accredited medical facility with a comprehensive range of medical specialties. The hospital’s specialty centers of excellence include Birthcenter one; Cancer Care; Cardiology; Children's Hospital; Emergency and Level II Trauma Center; Intensive Care Center; Psychiatric Care; Rehabilitation Center; and Same Day Surgery.

In addition to its hospital and clinical services, the system provides teaching facilities in its Medcenter One College of Nursing and Medcenter One School of Radiography.

Medcenter One is accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations; its Rehabilitation Center's Medical Services are accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.

Medcenter One accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.

Medcenter One provides Teaching facilities.
