Cooperstown Medical Center is the medical facility of choice for the residents of Cooperstown in the east-central North Dakota. It offers 10 acute care beds and 24 hour emergency medical services. The hospital services include medical and surgical intensive care unit for cardiac patients; cardiac monitoring / telemetry unit; respite care, physical therapy; pediatric department; medical unit; occupational therapy; oncology services; outpatient department; chemotherapy; and electrocardiography.

In addition to the hospital, the center provides a 58-bed nursing home with a 12-bed dementia and Alzheimer Unit, a rural health clinic and park place, a 12 unit assisted living unit.
