Butler County Health Care Center is a 25-bed critical access hospital serving the healthcare needs of David City and the neighboring region. It provides a wide range acute and transitional care with the latest technologies and well-trained staff. The services and facilities include laboratory, radiology, comprehensive therapeutic services and cardiac rehabilitation.

BCHCC also runs a wellness center, Prague Rural Health Clinic and specialty clinics.
