Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) is an academic medical center located in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This 225-acre campus comprises Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital (a 36-bed tertiary care hospital), Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic (a network of more than 900 primary and specialty care physicians located throughout New Hampshire and Vermont), Dartmouth Medical School, and Medical and Regional Center. The medical center, opened in 1991, serves the Upper Valley, Manchester, Nashua, Keene and Concord communities.

DHMC, New Hampshire's only academic medical center, provides advanced health care through education, research, community services and the improvement of clinical practice. Its specialty care services and programs include cardiac care, breast care, diabetes care, infertility and reproductive medicine, pain management, rehabilitation, palliative medicine, family medicine, critical care medicine, gynecology, pain management and bone marrow transplant.

DHMC is a member of the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Alliance and is home to the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth (CHD) - New Hampshire's only children's hospital - and Norris Cotton Cancer Center (NCCC) - the state's only national cancer institute. Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center is one of the top ranked medical organizations for the quality care and is named as Top 50 Treatment and Research center in the nation for cancer care.

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
