Weeks Memorial Hospital

Weeks Memorial Hospital, also called Weeks Medical Center, delivers quality clinical, social and supportive care services for the families in New Hampshire and Vermont.

The hospital owns a 25-bed critical access hospital, home health services, a hospice program based in Lancaster and medical clinics located in Lancaster and the surrounding towns of Whitefield and Groveton. A wide variety of services, including heart care, diabetes care, laboratory services, occupational health, pharmacy, rehabilitation and surgical services are provided.

Community outreach programs such as family strengthen classes, Tobacco prevention and control, community health education classes, and health and wellness conferences are arranged.

Weeks Memorial Hospital accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
