Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital

Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital, also called Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital Dartmouth-Hitchcock (UCVH D-H), is a rural critical access hospital in Colebrook. It has been serving the communities in the northern tri-state area, which include New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine for more than 30 years.

Medical and surgical care, heart care, home health care, rehabilitation, occupational medicine and radiology are the primary care services provided. In addition, the hospital sponsors numerous health promotion programs such as school-based clinics, oral health programs, senior citizen’s health programs, substance abuse and teen-pregnancy prevention classes, and disease prevention and screening.

Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
