Passaic Beth Israel Regional Medical Center

Passaic Beth Israel Regional Medical Center is a 264 bed non-profit acute care facility based in Passaic County, New Jersey. It provides a full array of medical services in all specialties. The hospital has been serving the communities of Passaic, Bergen, parts of Morris, Hudson and Essex Counties for 100 years.

PBIRMC's Eastern Heart Institute is the first in the area to perform bypass surgery, electrophysiology and off pump surgery. The institute provides invasive and non invasive procedures and cardiovascular surgery. Passaic Beth Israel Regional Medical Center's cancer center offers infusion therapy and radiation therapy, and houses oncology offices and education facilities.

Other services include a sleep center, pain management center, wound care center, same day surgery and endoscopy center, vascular center, home care, hospice, behavioral health services, orthopedic and sports medicine and emergency department.

PBIRMC is accredited by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and licensed by the NJ State Department of Health and Senior Services (NJDHSS). The General Hospital Center of Passaic merged with the Passaic Beth Israel Hospital in 2004.

Passaic Beth Israel Regional Medical Center accepts Medicare patients.
