AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is a premier acute care facility offering an array of health care services. The first hospital in Atlantic City, it houses the region's only level II trauma center. The hospital has critical care services, the heart institute, joint and spine institute, center for childbirth, psychiatric services and surgical services. ARMC is accredited by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO).
