Artesia General Hospital

Artesia General Hospital is a 38-bed acute care hospital serving the people living in Artesia, in southeastern New Mexico. It was officially opened to the public in September 1939.

The hospital offers a full range of medical services and state-of-the-art modern equipments. In addition to general medical and surgical services, specialized services are offered at its Asthma Clinic; Pulmonary Rehabilitation Clinic; Sleep Lab; Nutritional Counseling Lab; Cardiac Stress Testing Lab; Pulmonary Function Testing Lab; and Diabetic Outreach Department. Mobile MRI, Ambulatory (Day) Surgery Unit and Cafeteria are also available.

Artesia General Hospital accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
