St Joseph's Hospital Health Center is a full-service medical care institution in Syracuse, New York. For more than 135 years, it has been providing quality health care to the residents of central New York. The hospital and its ambulatory programs, mental health services, home care, and Franciscan Health Support are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

The hospital received the nation's honor for nursing services, Magnet Recognition for Excellence in Nursing from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, in 2002. It is also recognized as one of the top 100 hospitals in U.S by Solucient.

St. Joseph’s Hospital provides general medical and surgical care, and a wide range of specialty services, including hemodialysis, intensive care, dental services, suicide prevention and certified home health care. In addition to the services offered at the main hospital campus, St. Joseph's operates several satellite facilities, including two surgery centers, family and maternal child/clinics, and a dental clinic. Psychiatric services center, wellness place, regional dialysis center, neighborhood dialysis centers, and a cardiopulmonary rehabilitation center are the centers of excellence.

To reach out to the public, the hospital offers health maintenance programs. Educational opportunities are offered through health fairs, classes, screenings, and support groups.
