St Luke's Cornwall Hospital

St Luke's Cornwall Hospital is a leading acute care facility in New York. It was established by merging St Luke’s Hospital and the Cornwall Hospital, in 2002.

With two campuses in Cornwall and Newburgh, and six neighboring facilities, the hospital offers comprehensive services to the residents of mid Hudson region. SLCH is an integrated system of facilities, including centers for cardiac, cancer and stroke, same-day surgery center, dialysis center, rehabilitation center at New Windsor, Unity Center for Recovery, and outpatient care center.

The Newburgh Campus, founded in 1874, is a 242-bed facility offering a number of specialties and sub-specialties. It is a regional center for neonatology, intensive care, and pediatric care services. It also provides cardiac rehabilitation, pain management, and speech therapy. A cardiac catheterization lab is added in February 2005.

Founded in 1931, the Cornwall campus is a 125-bed behavioral health care facility. The services offered include intensive care, radiology, physical therapy, respiratory therapy, pain management, and wound care.

St Luke's Cornwall Hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

St Luke's Cornwall Hospital accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
