Interfaith Medical Center

Interfaith Medical Center is a multi-site health care institution in Kings County. The center comprises a modern hospital with 287 beds and ambulatory care network of 16 clinics located across the Central Brooklyn communities of Crown Heights and Bedford - Stuyvesant. The institution operates New York’s first dedicated tuberculosis unit.

It provides a wide range of medical, surgical, gynecological, dental and ambulatory care services. Other specialty services are mental health care, mobile crisis intervention and the AIDS care.

The medical center is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

Interfaith Medical Center accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
