Fostoria Community Hospital (FCH), a critical access facility, is a member of ProMedica Health System. It provides quality, cost-effective health care for the residents of Fostoria and surrounding communities.

The hospital promotes the health and welfare of the community through numerous health education, wellness programs and outreach services.
