Foundations Behavioral Health

Foundations Behavioral Health, formerly known as Delaware Valley Mental Health Foundation, offers a full continuum of behavioral health services to adolescents and their families. It is Bucks County’s only private, nonprofit freestanding psychiatric hospital. It strives to offer the highest quality of care in a cost-effective manner. Outpatient Treatment, In-Home and Community-Based Services (Wrap-around services), Adolescent Residential Treatment Program, Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program and Adolescent Acute Inpatient Treatment Program are the services offered.

Foundations Behavioral Health accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
