Grand Strand Regional Medical Center

Grand Strand Regional Medical Center is an acute care medical facility serving the people of Horry and the neighboring counties. It boasts the oldest cardiac surgery program in Horry and Georgetown counties.

The GSRMC is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). The cancer program here is designated as an accredited community cancer program by the American College of Surgeons while the diabetes self-management program is a recognized program by the American Diabetes Association.

Grand Strand Regional Medical Center accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
