De Smet Memorial Hospital

De Smet Memorial Hospital (DMH) is a health care center providing services with a caring touch to residents in De Smet and communities in the surrounding area. This hospital is governed by a local advisory board consisting of nine members.

Business office, medical records, nutrition counseling/dietician, patient education, pharmacy and social services are some of the supporting services offered by DMH. In addition to the ordinary beds, the hospital also has one hospice acute room. On-site clinical offices for visiting specialists and clinical technicians are also arranged by DMH.
