Carilion Medical Center, also called Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital (CRMH), is a part of Carilion Health System. It has been serving the community of western Virginia for a century. It provides comprehensive services in medical and surgical fields.

Echocardiography, home care, oncology, general radiography, vascular lab and surgery, cardiovascular surgery and thoracic surgery are the services available there.

In addition to treatments, the hospital is also a major teaching affiliate for the University Of Virginia School Of Medicine.

Carilion Medical Center accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
