Community Memorial Health Center

Community Memorial Health Center (CMH) is a health care facility, offering a full range of medical, surgical and psychiatric services for the residents of Brunswick, Lunenburg and Mecklenburg counties.

CMH provides health care services for all ages, both inpatient and outpatient. It is specialized in ophthalmology, orthopedics, thoracic and vascular surgery, urology (including lithotripsey). Imaging service, behavioral health care, home health and hospice, and cardiopulmonary and vascular services are the additional services available there.

CMH is accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO).

Community Memorial Health Center accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
