Forks Community Hospital

Founded in 1949, Forks Community Hospital is providing high-quality, affordable healthcare services to residents of the West End. The hospital is overseen by the governing board of Clallam County Hospital District #1, comprised of three commissioners.

In addition to the acute care inpatient facility, the FCH also has 20-bed long-term care facility and three Level IV trauma rooms. Laboratory services and pharmacy lies within the hospital premises. A Health Resource Center is also functioning in the hospital. Transportation of patients who have potentially life-threatening injuries is arranged in ambulance or airlift.

Forks Community Hospital is a public hospital district of Clallam County.

Forks Community Hospital accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
