Skyline Hospital

Governed by a five-member Board of Commissioners, Skyline Hospital is a Washington State Public Hospital District serving Western Klickitat County and Eastern Skamania County. Overlooking the scenic Columbia River Gorge, the hospital is located on a bluff in White Salmon, Washington. <P> Constructed in 1952, this acute care hospital has over 100 employees dedicated to offer quality healthcare to the patients. Though designated as a Critical Access Hospital, Skyline also carries a Trauma Level IV designation. The hospital owns and operates a three-vehicle ambulance service. <P> Continuing Education is a high priority for Skyline Hospital. Educational classes in birthing and diabetes are organized. Cafeteria, newspaper, pastoral services, telephone, confidentiality, billing/financial information, volunteer program are supporting services provided by Skyline.

Skyline Hospital accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
