Davis Memorial Hospital

Davis Memorial Hospital is an acute care medical facility serving the medical needs of the Elkins region of West Virginia. It was built in 1903 in memory of the wife and son of the then U S Senator Henry Gassaway Davis.

DMH offers a continuum of services that includes acute care, emergency department services, imaging capabilities, extensive laboratory services, therapy and rehabilitation, pain management, diagnostic cardiac catheterization, birthing center and surgical care.

DMH is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

Davis Memorial Hospital accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
