Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County is a nonprofit, charitable corporation operated for the sole purpose of promoting the health of the people in its service area. It does so by making sure that necessary hospital and health services, appropriate for the size of the community, are available to all on a cost-effective basis, without regard to their ability to pay. These include such essential services as a 24-hour emergency room, obstetrics, critical care capabilities, medical/surgical services, dialysis, and disaster preparedness.
