Glendale Memorial Hospital, based at Glendale, in California, is a state-of-the-art medical facility. It has been in service since 1926.
Glendale Memorial provides a wide range of medical and surgical services using the latest in life-saving technologies. This was the first hospital in California to be licensed for brachytherapy, a procedure aimed at preventing restenosis in coronary arteries.
The campus houses two major centers of excellence; the Glendale Memorial Heart Center and the Comprehensive Cancer Center. The hospital has been voted as a Top 100 heart hospital by Solucient. It also was voted “Glendale’s Best Hospital”, by the readers of the Glendale News-Press, for eight consecutive years.
Glendale Memorial Hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
