San Diego Hospice and Palliative Care
Established as San Diego County’s first hospice program in 1977, San Diego Hospice and Palliative Care is an independent health care organization of California. It provides expert pain management and compassionate care to the adults, children and infants living with serious or life-limiting illness.
This palliative care unit is considered as one of the largest home care hospices in the country. It is licensed by Home Health Agency and accredited by The National Institute for Jewish Hospice.
