Crosslands Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a part of Kindred Healthcare offering a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs of residents for both short and long-term care. Services include nutritional services, Alzheimer’s counseling and home therapy assessment. The center offers a variety of unique, fun recreational events designed to encourage socialization and provide exercise. This includes games, exercise programs, learning activities and spiritual opportunities.
