Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital (BJACH) is one of the medical treatment facilities of Great Plains Regional Medical Command (GPRMC). It provides high quality, patient focused and cost effective healthcare to military men and women, their families and military retirees and their families in the Fort Polk community. Services include preventive medicine, medication class, smoking cessation program and BJACH family support group.
