Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center Bluffton Campus is an acute care division of the Blanchard Valley Health Association. It has been serving parts of four counties - Allen, Hancock, Hardin and Putnam - since 1908. The hospital received Critical Access Hospital status in 2004. It is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

Services offered are diabetic education, nutrition counseling, social services, patient education, diagnostic imaging, speech therapy and sports medicine.
