Bridgepark Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Services, a part of Kindred Healthcare, provides a full range of medical services, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. Clinical programs offered are wound care, nutritional counseling, respiratory therapy, postacute services and Alzheimer’s unit.
