Community Healthcare Center is a member of Kindred Healthcare offering a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. Medical specialties include nutritional counseling, respiratory therapy, and complex wound care. The hospital has a specialized Alzheimer's unit that strives to provide the proper setting and nurturing required by a person with Alzheimer's.

In addition to the regular services, the center conducts a variety of unique, fun recreational events designed to encourage socialization and provide exercise. That includes games, exercise programs, learning activities, creative pursuits, spiritual opportunities and special events.
