The Memorial Hospital

The Memorial Hospital is an acute-care hospital, serving all of the Moffat and Routt County areas. Founded in 1949, the hospital has been certified as a trauma care center by the State of Colorado. Services include two completely equipped trauma rooms, with state of the art cardiac monitoring and resuscitation equipment.

The Memorial Hospital accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
