St Vincent's Medical Center is an acute care medical facility and a leading referral center for open-heart surgery, total joint replacement and cancer catering to the healthcare needs of the residents of southwestern Connecticut and Westchester County in New York. It has been regarded as one among the top hundred heart hospitals in United States. Centers of excellence comprise cardiovascular disease including angioplasty and coronary artery bypass surgery; cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment and support; joint replacement including total knee, hip and shoulder. There is a contemporary maternity center with a neonatal special care unit for women; senior services they have wellness programs; and a full range of behavioral health services.
