Columbia Hospital For Women

Columbia Hospital for Women started its function in 1866 in the Hill Mansion at Thomas Circle. Later this private non-profit hospital was shifted to the Maynard Mansion at Pennsylvania Avenue and 25th Street, the current site. The hospital has a number of innovative techniques in obstetrics and gynecology.

Columbia Hospital For Women accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
