St Francis Medical Center-West

Founded in 1990, St Francis Medical Center is a quality healthcare unit in West Oahu. St Francis-West is the gateway landmark to the Ewa plain and the expanding Kapolei community. It is accredited by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO).

St Francis-West, situated in 24-acre campus, features an acute-care medical center, a medical office plaza, a satellite renal dialysis center, a Clinical Service Center, and a 24-bed Hospice. Its 24-hour emergency room is one of the busiest in Oahu. Services of SFMC- West include magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and radiation therapy. The hospital also arranges health education classes. A helipad in St Francis facilitates the rapid transport of patients and Express Care services for treatment of minor medical emergencies.

St Francis Medical Center-West accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
