Osceola Community Hospital

Osceola Community Hospital is a part of Avera Health. It is a private, nonprofit, health care organization, providing inpatient, outpatient and community health services to the residents of Osceola County and the surrounding area. Its mission is to enhance and improve the quality of life of the population it serves, to be the area's premier health care service provider, and to have a positive impact on the lives of the people and community it serves.

The hospital has 25 beds, of which one is for coronary intensive care, three for obstetrics and the remaining for acute patients along with skilled and intermediate care patients. The key services offered are general medical, surgical, obstetrical, coronary, intensive, skilled nursing, extended care, home health, hospice care and child development services.

Osceola Community Hospital accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
