Graham Hospital is a private, not-for-profit organization with a primary role of inpatient, outpatient, home care, and long-term care. Located in Canton, this medical center serves the healthcare needs of Canton and the surrounding communities. The original structure of the hospital was given as a gift to the community by Alice and Caroline Graham in 1909. It is accredited by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO).
Intensive care unit, 14-bed post critical care unit, 36-bed medical/surgical unit, obstetrics/gynecology, rehabilitation, therapy (occupational, speech), nutrition services, radiology department and laboratory are some of the services provided by Graham. Volunteer organizations provide unparalleled support through hours of service and monetary efforts. Graham Hospital offers free community education to area service groups, clubs, schools, health fairs, senior events, and other groups.
Cafeteria and gift shop are added facilities. The hospital also operates the School of Nursing which is accredited by the National League of Nursing and approved by the State of Illinois.
