Palos Community Hospital is a not-for-profit community hospital operated in accordance with the ethical and religious directives for Catholic healthcare facilities. Located at 123rd Street in Palos Heights, this hospital has been providing healthcare facilities to the residents of southwestern Cook County and northeastern sections of Will County since 1972. Flourished as a major health care provider with a responsive network of services, PCH offers compassionate quality care through its dedicated and highly-skilled employees. It is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

With 490 medical staff physicians representing more than 40 specialties and subspecialties, this medical center offers a wide range of services. PCH’s continuum of services includes advanced cardiology, neurology and cancer care, same-day surgery, intensive care, chemical dependency, orthopedics, laboratory and medical imaging diagnostic services, enterostomal therapy and skin care and outpatient diagnostic services. Besides, volunteer services are also provided.

Parking facilities, cafeteria, vending machines and a chapel are the added features of PCH. Community services such as asthma education program, osteoporosis program, outpatient cardiac rehabilitation and parent-child health education are also conducted.
