OSF St. Mary Medical Center is a 138-bed acute care hospital operating in Galesburg, Illinois. It is a member of OSF HealthCare System.

Since its founding in 1909, the hospital has been dedicated to promoting health for their patients and medical staff. The center offers state-of-the-art treatment options in medications, surgery, therapies and diagnoses. Major services include a Level II Trauma Center; Birthing Center; cardiology services; Chest Pain Center; diagnostics; inpatient / outpatient surgery; intensive / coronary care unit; Level II Perinatal Center; occupational medicine; oncology and rehabilitation services.

The center has the area’s only cardiac catheterization laboratory. The OSF St. Mary Birthing Center is a 22-bed unit with two birthing rooms, two delivery rooms; and 20 bassinets in the nursery. It offers aquatics classes for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia and disabilities.

In addition, OSF St. Mary owns and operates nine family health clinics to provide primary health care. It also maintains a strong, specialized nursing and technical staff for providing in-house and outreach health screening, information and education programs.

OSF St. Mary Medical Center holds accreditations and certifications from organizations such as the American Diabetic Association, College of American Pathologists and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

OSF St. Mary Medical Center accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
