Southern Indiana Rehabilitation Hospital (SIRH) provides comprehensive, high quality rehabilitation and medical services for adults and children with injury, illness and disability. An array of inpatient, outpatient and contract services are provided to the residents throughout southern Indiana, Louisville and the Kentucky metropolitan area.

SIRH was started in 1994 with an aim at combining traditional physical, occupational and speech therapies with rehabilitation, nursing and advanced technologies to improve the functional abilities of individual. Services provided include pulmonary rehabilitation, pediatric asthma program, brain injury program, spasticity service, lymphedema treatment, aquatic therapy and pediatric therapy.

SIRH is licensed by the State of Indiana, and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Southern Indiana Rehabilitation Hospital accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
