McLean Hospital



McLean Hospital is a full service psychiatric hospital located in Belmont, Massachusetts. It is a comprehensive mental health care system and is the largest psychiatric facility of Harvard Medical School.

It is affiliated to the Massachusetts General Hospital and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations. The center is also a member of the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

The hospital offers a comprehensive range of medical services to the residents of Middlesex and the surrounding counties since 1811. It specializes in treatments for diseases such as mental depression, psychotic disorders, dissociative disorders, geriatric illnesses and adolescent psychiatric disorders.
