Battle Creek Health System (BCHS), started in 1988 by the merger of Community and Leila hospitals, is a community healthcare provider in Battle Creek, Michigan. It is a multi campus facility serving the community of south central Michigan.

BCHS consists of the fieldstone center, Lifespan, Mercy Pavilion - a long term care facility, cancer care center, heart care center and two occupational health clinics. Diabetes care, surgery, home health/hospice, long term care, mental health, neurodiagnostic, occupational medicine and wound care are the services provided.

BCHS is accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and has earned the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval.

Battle Creek Health System accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
