Bon Secours Cottage Health Services, based at Grosse Pointe, is a joint venture between Bon Secours Health System and Henry Ford Health System. It comprises 28 medical centers throughout Wayne and Macomb counties.

Started in 1998, Bon Secours is committed to providing high-quality health care in a traditional manner. The organization includes two community hospitals - Bon Secours Hospital and Cottage Hospital, two 24-hour emergency care locations, primary care outpatient sites, diagnostic centers and pharmacies, and home care services and durable medical equipment companies. A wide range of medical, surgical and diagnostic services are available through these medical facilities. Community programs encompass health education, health screenings, and healthy lifestyle offerings.

Bon Secours Cottage Health Services accepts both Medicare and Medicaid patients.
