Charlevoix Area Hospital (CAH) is a full-service medical facility in Charlevoix, Michigan. This small community hospital was started in 1919, with an aim at providing health care to the families of Charlevoix and northern Antrim counties.

CAH’s services include surgery, respiratory therapy, family health care and diabetes care. A certified outpatient self-management education program is also available.

Charlevoix Area Hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Helicopter service is available to transport patients to Michigan's large regional hospitals.
