MinnesotaNew Ulm Medical CenterNew Ulm Medical Center (NUMC), a fully integrated hospital and clinic, is the result of a merger between Sioux Valley Hospital and the New Ulm Medical Clinic in 1996. The two facilities had been operating on the same campus since 1991, when $5 million was earmarked to build the new clinic. The present hospital, built in 1962, has been renovated over the years with the last major expansion consolidating the inpatient units to second floor in 1989.
