Lackey Memorial Hospital

Lackey Memorial Hospital, a Level IV Trauma Center based at Forest, is the first critical access hospital in Mississippi. This acute care center covers a wide range of services and facilities including ultrasound, nuclear medicine, respiratory care, swing bed care, convalescent home, mammography, surgery, laboratory, cardiology, ophthalmology, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, neurology, oral surgery and gynecology. Apart from these, the hospital also delivers a comprehensive out patient services.

S. E. Lackey Convalescent Home, located within the hospital campus, offers long-term residential health care facility supported by skilled nursing care in a warm and comfortable environment.
